From your very first day, we ensure a smooth transition and continued excellence in property maintenance and resident support.

White-glove move-in

Our move-in coordinator handles every logistical detail — from reserving the freight elevator and coordinating with your moving company to ensuring your apartment is freshly cleaned, stocked with welcome essentials, and climate-set to your preferred temperature. You will receive a welcome package that includes your resident app credentials, building guide, local neighbourhood recommendations, and a personal introduction to your concierge contact. We want your first impression to be as polished as every day that follows.

Proactive maintenance

Our in-house maintenance team conducts regular inspections of all building systems — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators — to prevent issues before they arise. Residents can submit service requests through the app at any time, and non-emergency requests are typically resolved within 24 hours. Emergency maintenance is available around the clock, 365 days a year. We also perform seasonal deep-cleaning of all common areas and coordinate exterior landscaping to keep the property looking pristine year-round.

Flexible leasing options

We understand that life circumstances change, which is why we offer a range of leasing structures. Choose from standard 12-month leases, extended 24-month agreements with locked-in pricing, or short-term furnished options ideal for corporate relocations and extended stays.
